Took Monday off since I had a 7-day WOD week with a total of 9 WODs. My body needed a well deserved break.

Boneyard Baseline
50 Squats
400m Run
40 GHD Sit Ups
400m Run
30 Push Ups
400m Run
20 Pull Ups
400m Run
10 Burpees

RESULT
11:44
Toughest part for me was getting through the GHD sit ups. My legs were screaming at me.
