Wednesday, 14 September 2011: Weaknesses

Everybody has weaknesses whether they admit it or not. The great thing about CrossFit is that it exposes your weaknesses. However, some may say that this is the curse of CrossFit--a program that constantly exposes your weaknesses. But it's good to know where the chinks in your armor are because it helps you address them. It makes you get stronger. It makes you get faster. It makes you get healthier. It makes you get better. Weaknesses show that there's always room for improvement.

Do I make an effort every day to face my weaknesses and make them my strengths? I sure do. It takes courage to face your weaknesses and overcome it. It takes more courage to just admit you have weaknesses. I have weaknesses, do you? Be courageous.
