Training is hard. Life is hard. Everything can't go our way all the time and we have to learn how to deal with that. Adversity enters our life to test our resilience and ability to adapt. If we bitch and complain and make excuses for not making a PR, we haven't learned anything. We have to simply accept that things didn't go exactly as we planned today, but if we push a little harder it will next time.
