Deceptively brutal. I could've pushed more with the legs, but I was so tired my form started to suffer. I was able to do only the first round of deadlifts unbroken. All muscle ups were unbroken. The only places where I could see that I could make up time would be (1) running to the rings instead of walking and (2) taking less time to get set up on the rings. All other parts of the WOD I felt like I was pushing as hard as I could. Although my last two rounds of running suffered, I felt I was running as fast as I could. Maybe next time I have running in a WOD I should break out the metronome to keep me honest. Can't wait to unveil this during the Coaches WOD at CFI.
