When you have the technique down cold, your numbers will sky rocket. Lifting more weight now with horrible form will only take you so far, but is the quickest road to injury. However, lifting little weight with perfect form will take you a long way. As Coach Burgener says, "Perfect practice makes perfect."
Be patient. The numbers will climb when your form is rock solid. So check your ego and start perfecting your technique.
