WOD
Tabata "Bottom to Bottom" Squats
1 mile Run

Post score and mile time to comments. Mile time starts on rising from last squat.

I went into this WOD gaming it to score 10 for the squats. However, my rounds went like this:
17/14/11/10/10/10/10/10
Those bottom to bottom really got the lactic acid to build up. The first 400m of the run was brutal. I had the metronome set to 92...a little optimistic. I tried to match the beat, my mind wanted to, but my legs were like "F you." I lowered the BPM to 90 by the halfway mark and was able to better maintain pace. It was a little difficult trying to keep track of the distance since I was using my GPS. I probably could've run a little faster if I didn't have to think about the distance. I'll definitely want to try this one again. The funny thing is that I didn't think the WOD was too bad and was actually thinking of getting in another WOD later today. That is until I had to climb some stairs. Yep, taking it easy the rest of the day. Tomorrow's another day to squeeze in a WOD before hopping on a plane.
