WOD:
Burgener warm-up
3 muscle snatches + 3 overhead squats x 3 sets
2 snatches from the floor x 5 sets
5min Rest
Push Press 3-3-3-3-3
5min Rest
Push Press 15-12-9 (choose a weight that you can complete the rep scheme unbroken--usually the it should be the same as either the first or second set from the 5x3)

RESULTS:
Skipped the Oly Bias due to time. Will make it up tomorrow.


WOD:
125/135/155/165/175
Realized I started out too light, that's why I jumped 20# in the middle. I should have tried for 180# or 185# on the last set. I struggled with the last set, but was able to get all three reps.

15-12-9 @ 115
I could've gone a little heavier, maybe 120#. I did have a tough time with the first round though.
