20 Minute AMRAP:
Run: 200m, Rest 30sec
C2: 200m, Rest 30sec
Complete as many rounds as possible in the 20 minute time frame. Rest is included as part of the 20 minutes

RESULTS:
16 rounds
Completed round 16 at 19:30, so my 30s rest had me finish at 20min. I think I've got the Pose down since I wasn't very tired by the end of the WOD. I played around with the lean and it definitely helped with pace. I thought the lean would mess up my cadence, but my music kept me on cadence while the lean "sped" me up.
