Crossfit Games Open WOD 11.4:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
60 Bar-facing burpees
120 pound Overhead squat, 30 reps
10 Muscle-ups


Post rounds and reps to comments.

RESULTS:
60 Burpees, 13 OHS
I finished the burpees with 4minutes left. I was shooting for 15 OHS, but really was happy as soon as I got my first OHS. Grant was yelling at me when I finished the burpees to get on the OHS, but I wanted to put my wrist wraps on to protect my wrists. That burned a good 20-30s, but I knew having my wraps on would be beneficial. I was surprised at how some of the OHS went relatively easy knowing my history of OHS. I was hesitant to squat snatch since I wasn't sure if I could control the weight, so I clean and jerked it overhead. That killed time too, but it was worth those few extra seconds to get my head in the right place so I could nail those OHS. 120# is still heavy.
