Hamstrings are definitely sore after this WOD, so I must be pulling correctly. I still need to work on my lean a lot more--the more I lean, the faster I go. Grant took me on the last 2 sets, so I can't let that continue--lean and fast turnover. Shoes are definitely a factor since I really can't feel the ground in my current shoes--to much cushioning. I'm supposed to do this WOD 2x a week for 2 weeks before I can progress to the next level to ensure I've got my speed down. I know I can go the distance, it's my speed that needs work.
