I can't seem to get over the hump and get 300#, I'm stuck at 290#. I need to start reading about incorporating bands to increase my speed on the bar and that may get me over the plateau. Or I could implement the Dave Lipson approach and just start back squatting every single day--it worked for my deadlift. I'm going to finish the oly bias first before implementing any new skill work.
