I helped out at Crossfit Lorton again today. Instead of a dynamic effort strength portion, Steve had double unders as a skill. Ever since I learned how to do them well, I love them and I try to figure out the easiest way to teach it to others. A quicker way to get double unders--learn how to run and jump rope at the same time. Speed, coordination, and agility are required to do this and is the gateway to double unders.

RESULTS:
135/145/155/165/175/185/195(f)
PR and I almost got 195. I just couldn't get my arms locked out--I tried twice. I should've have dropped 5# and attempted 190, but I was gunning for 200#.
