Run or C2:
120:60 x 6 = 2 min on 1 minute off x 6
Goal, Highest ave Watts/Speeds or Distances in each of the 6 Intervals.
Post highest avg Watts/Speed/Distance to comments.
RESULTS:

Definitely a different feeling when I set the drag factor to 115-125 (damper~5). Displaying the power output was also helpful. Knowing that I had to keep a bell curve for my stroke really improved my stroke efficiency. It didn't seem as taxing either. Just like Pose running, when you approach rowing as a skill and nail the technique, it doesn't require as much effort. I would have never known that my stroke was so inefficient if it wasn't for the CF Journal. Thanks CF Journal!
