I've transitioned the endurance day back to Thursday since it seems to fit my schedule much better. It's also starting to warm up again outside, so I'll start doing more running WODs. I'll continue to post C2 WODs, because I've realized that the C2 rower really is one of the best pieces of conditioning equipment out there.

WOD:
Run: 3x10min, flat road. Rest 4min between intervals
C2: 3x6min, rest 2:30min between intervals

+20# vest

I tried to take Kevin Daigle's advice from his article in the Crossfit Journal: "Make peace with the pain you'll be feeling, and then it will be only an expected visitor when it arrives." But I think the anticipation gets to me. I expect the pain and I try to fight through it when it arrives, and I usually win near the end of the round, but it's the middle part I need to get better at. Most of the time I just slog through knowing there's a light at the end of the tunnel and all I have to do is hold on. I need to find that switch inside my brain that is connected to the pain receptors and learn how to turn it off.
