WOD:
Seven rounds for time:
10 Wallball shots, 20#
10 Pull-ups

Small victories! I made sure I did all wallball shots unbroken and I did. I didn't have the same mental state/goal for the pull ups since the bars are much thicker. I did, however, focus on the mantra "smooth is fast" for the pull ups. I focused on keeping tight and the pull ups were much easier. It was my grip that started to fail, especially with the thicker bar. I probably could have shaved a few more seconds if I didn't chalk my hands every time, but I didn't have my grips on and I didn't want to rip. Now that I know I can do 10 unbroken wallballs, I'll need to extend that out to 20. I'm gonna quite making excuses and just get it done.
