Canadian Forces Corporal Nicholas Bulger, 30, of Peterborough, Ontario, assigned to the 3rd Battalion of Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry, based out of Edmonton, Alberta, died July 3, 2009 while on patrol in the Zhari district of Afghanistan when an improvised explosive device exploded near his vehicle. Cpl. Bulger is survived by his wife Rebeka, and daughters Brookelynn and Elizabeth.

Burgener warm-up

Run 150 meters

RESULTS:
51:43
Those handstand push ups were brutal. I actually looked forward to the running portion since I used that time to catch my breath. I made sure to do the front squats unbroken. There was only one round when my elbows dropped and the bar slipped out of my grip that I had to do broken. I definitely need to implement volume training on my HSPUs so I can improve. There is no excuse that I can't do seven unbroken HSPUs.
