This is day 4 of the Oly Lifting bias. It looks like I'm doing high-hang snatches coupled with overhead squats. Good because I need to improve my overhead squats.

WOD:
Burgener warm-up
5 Rounds:
3 high-hang snatches
3 overhead squats
5min Rest
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

RESULTS:

Thank goodness I'm doing this Oly bias, because my Oly Lifts SUCK. I kept it light at 65# to make sure my form was decent. I wonder if lifting shoes really make a difference. Not sure if I'm ready to invest $100 just so I can lift weights better. But then again I've wasted money on stupider things before.

WOD:
17 rounds
Tried to do the butterfly for all rounds, but really started to fatigue around round 12 and regressed to the normal kip. My lats and arms are smoked. Not sure how I'm going to fair with tomorrow's WOD that also has pull ups. I should have looked at my programming closer. Oh well, I just need to nut up.
