    Rowers were upstairs, so I did the row, box jumps, and back extension, then ran downstairs for the deadlifts and then ran back upstairs to start the next round. I thought that would give me some time to recover as I climbed the stairs...didn't work out that way. Legs were jello after the row and I almost missed the first few box jumps. I just kept my head down and pushed through. I'm also trying to take a page out of Miko's playbook and try not to lie down after WODs. Some days I'm successful, like today. Other's, I'm not.
