    First set of double unders was the quickest. As the WOD went on, my double unders started to suffer as my arms tired, which tells me I'm using too much of my arms instead of wrists to do my double unders. I did all pull ups unbroken and a majority of the pistols unbroken. I'm surprised how well my pistols went. I only fell once. I do need to focus on using my wrists more for the double unders instead of my arms. More double unders practice!
