  1. Took my VO2 max test today instead of a rest day. Scored 50.1, which is considered top 85%. Started at 6.0 mph, then increased 0.5 mph every 2 minutes. Got through 10.0 mph before I called it quits. Will see where I stand after the marathon. I'm shooting for 55.
