All out efforts.
Run: 10 x 200m hill repeats with 5 times the recovery
(Ex.if it takes 40 seconds to run the 200m then you recover 3:20)

  1. Did Skills & Drills from Wednesday since I did a VO2 max/peak test on Wednesday.
    3x10s Tuck L-sit on rings
    3x3 Tuck/straddle press to headstand
    3x10 Medicine Ball Cleans--focused on triple extension on the jump to work my muted hip.
