On the Minute:
Complete 2 Power Cleans & 10 Double Unders on the minute for 15 minutes.
*Go as heavy as possible on power cleans

    15 rounds. Power cleans were getting really sloppy by round 3. I missed the lift on round 4 and dropped to 155, which caused me to fall behind in time. I finally caught up by round 9 and completed all 15 rounds. I probably could have done 165, but they would have been extremely poor form.
