AM:
Run
2x5min intervals w/2min recovery between intervals. Next interval scheme starts after the 2min recovery. 5x1min intervals w/30sec recovery between intervals. Hold maximal distance possible on each of the intervals.

PM:
4min AMRAPx3:
7 Unbroken Power Cleans @ 115
7 Unbroken Chest to Bar Pullups
Rest 1 Minute

Do as many rounds as possible in 4min of PC & C2B, rest 1min, and repeat AMRAP cycle for a total of 3 cycles (15min total).
