Flexibility is a good trait to practice frequently. Sometimes things don't go as you plan and you have to adjust on the fly. Your body may be too tired to handle a second WOD, and so you adjust to compensate. The lift didn't go exactly as you envisioned, so you adjust and compensate. The conversation with your significant other isn't going the way you want, so you adjust and compensate. Your child isn't quite understanding the reason for your pep talk, so you adjust and compensate.
Change the WOD. Take an extra rest day. Change your tone of voice. Whatever the case, be flexible and adjust to what the situation requires.
