Don't see it to believe it, but believe it to see it. Visualize what you want and then let it happen. We try to over think the situation too many times instead of just doing it. We try to analyze and dissect our movement to figure out every minute detail. But sometimes you just have to stop thinking and GO!

Next time you have a difficulty with a lift or movement, stop, close your eyes, and visualize what you want. See in your mind how easy the movement feels and how fluid you are. Visualize the successful lift/movement and how you attained it. Then open your eyes, take your breath, and do it.

You really can do anything you set your mind to. All you have to do is visualize it first and then let it happen. Whether it's a heavy weight you want to lift, a running technique you are learning, or a relationship you are trying to build, get your mind in the right place first, and the rest will naturally follow.
