I'm always on the look out for resources that help improve my technique, strength, mobility, etc. I really enjoy olympic lifting even though I haven't been formally trained in it, so I try to grab every tidbit of info I can on oly lifting. Crossfit Lorton recently posted on their site a link to Sage Burgener's blog. For those that don't know, Sage is the daughter of Mike Burgener, the head Olympic Lifting coach for Crossfit HQ. Her blog lists very informative and insightful tips for oly lifting, so I highly recommend you check it out.
