I think it took longer to strap the weight vest on than it did to do the WOD. I tried a few reps without strapping in, and that didn't go so well. I did the first round of back extensions unbroken. The second and third I stopped at 21. That close to doing the complete set I should've just sucked it up and kept going. I gotta turn that switch off in my head. It's at times like that where I wish I had a coach telling me to keep going. Sometimes you just need that external cue to keep going.

Since I was covering for Steve, I only had 12 minutes to squeeze in some volume training. I've been neglecting my handstand push ups and it shows. I wanted all sets to be 3, but I really struggled on set 7 to get my 3. I tried to get 3 on set 8, but failed to get the third rep. I need to start tackling these more often.
