Recovery WOD
3 Rounds
15 Hip & Back Extensions
15 GHD Sit Ups
15 Kettlebell Swings
15 Pull Ups
15 OHS, 45#
30 Double Unders

Since I did the Race for the Cure 5K on Saturday and I'm competing in the base Cross Country 5K on Tuesday, I thought it would be best to have a "light" day prior so I don't kill my legs. WOD is not timed. It's just to loosen up the muscles.
