First 400m went well. The other 2 were significantly slower. Tried to do all pull ups unbroken; last round they were broken. All squats were unbroken. I decided to go steady instead of fast. My form started breaking down, good thing Steve was there to correct me. I need to work on maintaining the pace on the run. I probably should have broken out the metronome to keep me honest. I'll do that next time.
