RESULTS
Felt good so did 8x200m.
38/36/34/34/34/34/34/33
Played with the metronome. First round was @ 90, second was at 96, 3-7 were @ 100, and last round was @ 102. 100 seemed the most comfortable. Will start out with that next week to see how it goes.
