RESULTS
Skill: @75#. Kept it light since I was doing heavy snatches today. Used it as a warmup for the shoulders
WOD:
95/105/115/125/135/140/142.5(f)/135/135/135
I got stuck on 142.5. I just couldn't get under the bar. I attempted this weight SEVERAL times before dropping back to 135. Steve said that the bar was slightly in front for most of my attempts. I need to work on getting under the bar quicker and to not be afraid to get under the bar period. Steve also recommended that I watch a view videos by Tommy Kono on YouTube about olympic lifting. I'm really looking forward to the oly lifting seminar at CFI on 28 May. I just need to start going heavier with my oly lifting bias. I've gotten more comfortable, but only with lighter weights. I need to start pushing and getting comfortable with going heavier.
