This WOD is hard to time solo since I waited until after I crossed the finish line before I pressed the "lap" button.  I tried to focus on the lean as much as possible to help me go faster. Once I did, my cadence had to increase to keep up. I felt this when I borrowed Steve's shoes for yesterday's WOD. I definitely need to get out of these clunky running shoes because I can't feel the ground very well. I also focused on slapping my butt with my heel with each stride and pulling up using my hamstrings. My hamstrings are sore, so I guess I was doing it right.
