Starting Phase 2 of the Oly Lifting bias--more technical movements.
WOD:
Burgener warm-up
5 sets:
3-position snatch + 1 overhead squat (power snatch from the high hang, from mid-thigh, and then from the floor, followed by an overhead squat)
5min Rest
21-15-9 reps of:
Deadlift, 225 pound
Overhead squat, 135 pound
Deadlift, 225 pound
Overhead squat, 135 pound

RESULTS:
12:10 (95# OHS)
I need to strengthen my shoulder girdle more so I can OHS more. I decided to go with 95# since 135# would have taken me forever. The deadlifts were easy, while the OHS took the longest. It took me like 2 seconds to get through the deadlifts and forever to get through the OHS. Good thing I'm working the Oly Lifting bias.
Oly Lift Bias: 45# bar.
