Run or Row
4×5 min intervals w/3min recovery between rounds.
Hold maximal distance possible on each of the 5 min rounds.
RESULTS:
Damper 7.

That was as bad as I thought it was going to be. The first round felt easy. Second round I had stronger and longer pulls near the end. Third round I wouldn't let myself drop too far. Fourth round I was hanging on for dear life and pulled fast and furious the last 45 seconds. Form really broke down on the last 45 seconds, but I made the distance.
