Regardless of my little incident at airport security, the guard was nice enough to let me slide. So let me recount the things I've been stopped for in airport security. (1) I get stopped for carrying military coins in my carry on. (2) I get stopped for my computers. (3) I get stopped for a lacrosse ball in my carry on. I've gotten stopped for a lot of simple things in my carry on. I wonder when the madness will stop--probably never.
It's time to work on my work capacity in the squat and improve my handstand push ups. I have yet to take on Karen, because my work capacity with wall balls suck. Maybe if I improve my squat work capacity, it'll carry over to the wall balls.

When I stopped, it was only for 1-2 seconds. Would like to work up to where I don't stop at all. I did slow down during the WOD, but kept moving as best I could with minimal rest. I tried to keep my feet straight to generate more torque in my legs and to get used to that position since that's the most powerful position for the olympic lifts.

Volume training was neat to try. I will definitely try to incorporate more to work on my weaknesses.
