I don't have access to a Crossfit-friendly gym this week, so I'm posting and doing travel-friendly WODs. I'm taking this opportunity to work on my double unders, squat capacity, and core. It should be interesting the next few days of programming.

Double Unders
Sit Ups

RESULTS:
7:19 (PR)
Double unders were easy on this one. I just need to relax more. I started to stiffen up once I got my double unders going, which cause me to trip up. The slowest part of this WOD was the sit ups. I really need to work my hollow rocks, toes to bar, knees to elbows, all core stuff more. My work capacity for my abs could be so much better. I'm still happy with the results. Not bad for being on a plane for 8 hours and only getting a few hours of unrestful plane sleep.
