It was supposed to be my rest day today, but I figured it would be nice to workout with the athletes at Crossfit Impavidus. It's rare that athletes get to work out with the coaches, so I figured I'd prove that the coaches are willing to throw down with the athletes.

On the 1st minute run 10 meters, 2nd minute 20 meters, 3rd minute 30 meters, etc till you can’t make it in the minute. The last time I did this I made it 19 rounds, but I used a straight away instead of return trips. This time I did "down and back". I only complete 16 rounds and fell short 30m on round 17. The hardest part was stopping and changing directions. My feet are pretty sore from moving around in my shoes from the quick change of direction. I should have pushed it harder to make it 17. Oh well, not bad for not doing too much endurance work lately.
