    Run done on a treadmill. Left shoulder is really sore. It bugged me throughout the run and I had to hold onto the treadmill to try and relieve the pain. The pace was slow since I was really trying to focus on my Pose. Started at 7.0mph and ended with 8.2mph. My sore left shoulder made it difficult for my arm swing and to maintain a solid, fast pace. I guess I need to do more push ups to condition my shoulders more.
