  1. Due to weather I couldn't make it to the gym today, so I did a CF Endurance WOD at home on the treadmill.

    25min hill climb @ 6% grade
    6mph for first 16min
    5.0-5.5mph for the remaining 9min

    Really focused on the Pose technique. The music helped keep rhythm, but as I tired it became harder to maintain. I need to work on picking the feet up into the Pose rather than pushing the ground away. I really felt this in the quads especially after yesterday's back squats. Tried to hang on as long as I could at 6mph, but my form started breaking down so I reduced the speed to maintain form. I figured it was better to keep good form than it was to go balls to the wall with terrible form--that's how bad habits form.
