Turkish Get-ups, alternating arms 45# barbell
Sotts press, 45# barbell

    WOD:

    Brutal on the forearms. My shoulders held up pretty well, but my forearms are smoked. First 5 TGUs were unbroken, then my forearms started to feel it. Sotts presses were simple compared to the TGUs. First round of Sotts were broken 5-5-5-5-7. All other rounds they were unbroken.
