    7 rnds + 4 thrusters
    I wanted to focus on hip drive and shrug during the SDHP to ensure I wasn't pulling with the arms. I realized I was internally rotating my shoulders during the lift. I tried to pinch my shoulder blades together and accelerate through the heels during the last few rounds and reps to maintain good form.

    After the first round, the thrusters were getting tough because my legs were burned out from the heavy squats I did earlier. Only the first round of thrusters were unbroken. I managed to get all rounds of hang power cleans unbroken except one--I berated myself for dropping the bar that one time. All SDHP were broken so I could focus on form.
