20min AMRAP:
7 Back Squat, 185#
10 Steps Overhead Walking Lunge, 45# (right hand)
7 Burpees
10 Steps Overhead Walking Lunge, 45# (left hand)

    Squats on the first round went the fastest--completed unbroken. Second round, completed all squats unbroken. Third round, unbroken. Fourth round, 4 and then 3. Fifth round, 2-2-2-1.

    Used two hands to get the one-arm overhead lunges over my head the first few rounds. Did 5 lunges then set weight down and did 5 back to starting point. By round 5 I was snatching the weight overhead to try and speed up.

    All burpees unbroken.

    I could have started squats for round 6, but was still gassed from the lunges to jump right into the squats. I did push myself to complete one more squat than I thought I could. I do need to start counting "3-2-1-GO" whenever I take a break.
