  1. Met Cody while trying to find the Andrews AFB Crossfit gym. He competed in the Southeast Regionals earlier this year and placed 31st. Pretty cool guy. We did the WOD posted on the main site.

    8 minute AMRAP:
    4 Handstand push-ups
    8 Kettlebell swing, 1.5pood (heaviest available)
    12 GHD situps

    6 rounds + 8 KBS

    It was nice having someone to race against. I probably would have done 1 less round if I was by myself. Nice to have that intensity back.
