Deadlift 3x3

Rest 5min then

For time:
100 Kettle Bell Snatches, 50 right/left, 1.5pood

Rest 5min

For time:
6 rounds of  High Hurdle Bounds or Box Jump and Over’s
24″-30″ Hurdles or Boxes
6 Jumps Equals 1 Round
Get 3 Hurdles or Boxes”. Set boxes apart by 3ft. Completely jump/ bound over the hurdles or boxes, turn around and repeat until you have completed. If you cannot jump over box, do a normal box jump and jump down the other side, then box jump up the next box, and repeat.

    360x3--it's starting to get heavy now. This is 95% my 1RM, which means my deadlift is already stronger. If I can deadlift 95% 1RM 3 times, then my 1RM must go up.

    I did yesterday's WOD, but modified since I didn't have a 20# medicine ball.

    3 Rounds for time:
    50 Double Unders
    25 Thrusters, 60#

    Trying my best not to set the bar down on thrusters. I need to start doing 1 more rep than I think I can do--if I tell myself I should knock out 5 reps, I should knock out 6 reps instead. I need to break through that wall.
