5 Rounds for time:
15 Unbroken Knees to Elbows; Rest 20 sec
20 Unbroken Pull Ups; Rest 20 sec
25 Thrusters, 45#; Rest 20 sec

Unbroken means that if you come off the bar, you start that element again until completion.

  1. 24:50; thrusters with 50# bar.

    After the first round the rest intervals got longer and longer to ensure I could do the sets unbroken. First attempt at round 4 pull ups was broken.
