    8.2mph/7:18 pace
    I think the home treadmill is slightly slow or because of my new running style it's a little more difficult. Want to do 8.4mph but had to hang on twice with 8.2mph. Will need to see if the pace is the same with the home treadmill.

  2. Realized that I'm a mile higher in altitude than VA, which affects my performance. That's why I had a hard time doing 8.2mph this morning.
