RESULTS
Strength: 100#--a little more than 60%, but I didn't have bands to supplement the strength portion.

WOD: 17:44 @115#
I think I could have gone slightly heavier. I was surprised how easy the first few rounds of power snatches went. The second set of 7, however, was the toughest, especially the power snatches. The behind the neck press, HSPU, ring dips, and power snatches were killer on the shoulders. Tackling my weaknesses like this should definitely improve my shoulder girdle strength.

    WOD -- 22:43 105#

    I may need to go back to using a small band on ring dips -- I started with 3 at a time and ended up at 1 at a time.
