This included a 30-40m transition between the handstand push ups and the deadlift. It also included about 45s of discussing if I could move my weights out of the way of someone using the Smith machine to do squats in a globo gym. Not to mention having to wait another 10s for someone to finish using the pull up bar. I already miss my gym(s). Since there was such a distance to transition between finishing the double unders and starting the HSPUs, I was able to catch my breath which essentially defeated the purpose of the WOD. This WOD should have had little rest between exercises, but due to logisitics rest time was built into the transition period. The bright side is that I was able to do most movements unbroken--double unders caught me a few times. I look forward to seeing this WOD come around again when I can complete it in a Crossfit friendly environment.
