2 Rounds of 1/2 Flight Simulator, Rest 1min between rounds:
Double Unders

100 Hollow Rocks

RESULTS:

Hollow rocks were the hardest part. I did the first 25 unbroken. Then I did the rest in sets of 5. Boy are my abs going to revolt tomorrow.
