Deadlift 3x3
Deadlift 21-15-9 @ 225
5 min Rest
5 Rounds:
On the rings, lower from an inverted hang, slowly, with straight body and arms, 7 reps
15 Ring Push-ups
Move SLOWLY and methodically attempting perfect execution. Ideally this is done with two pairs of rings - one pair hung app. 8' off the ground and the second 4" off the ground.

Deadlift:
365/375/395
I used straps so I could concentrate on lifting the weight. For multiple reps my grip starts to fail, so I used straps to focus on the lift rather than the lift failing due to my grip.

WOD:
Started to lose my grip early in the WOD because of the heavy deadlifts. It was interesting to lower from the inverted hang slowly since my shoulder strength at those angles haven't been developed. Only worked front levers.

Push ups were the easy part of the WOD.
